Throughout the year as part of various trainings, USI creates workbooks or information booklets. These are all available in hard copy, if you didn’t receive one, or if you would like an additional copy, please contact mentalhealth@usi.ie. All workbooks are also available in two soft copy formats – a printable pdf, and a pdf that is editable on the computer. Please choose which version you would like to download (feel free to use both if you would like!) from the list below.
